this is a map of the table and hands,
  showing the location and meaning
  of all registers

table top row:
	TT0 = shows the 50th stalk (divination in progress)
	TT1 = result of first cast from LH1+LH2+LH3 = sumA
	TT2 = result of 2nd cast, sumB
	TT3 = result of 3rd cast, sumC

table bottom row:
	TB1 = holding place for left pile after division of heap
	TB2 = holding place for right pile while left pile
			is manipulated
	TB3 = init heap AND holding place for all discards, DL + DR

hands:
	LH1 = between little and ring fingers, left hand
	LH2 = between 3rd and 2nd fingers, left hand
	LH3 = between 2nd and 1st fingers, left hand
	LH4 = held in palm with thumb and fingers, left hand
	RH = held in palm with thumb and fingers, right hand
